Do you hold onto keys?Yes, we can hold onto keys for you or alternatively we can ask that you leave your keys in a place discussed prior to services commencing or have someone present at the home to let your cleaner in.

Are you insured?Additionally, our team are covered by our $5,000,000 public liability insurance cover and worker's compensation protection - so you can have peace of mind knowing your property is in safe hands.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?Yes our team will come to your house with their own cleaning equipment and products. However, if you would prefer for the cleaners to use your equipment, then they would be perfectly happy to do so.

Are your cleaners police checked?All of the cleaners in our team undergo extensive background checks and are required to provide up to date police clearance certificates.

What is a cleaning consultation?When you book a cleaning consultation, we will send one of our cleaning experts to meet with you and discuss what you would like done in your home or office. From there, we'll answer any other questions you may have and provide you with a precise quote, and work out a suitable time for a recurring cleaning appointment going forward.

What happens if you or I get sick?If you become ill, we kindly ask that you notify us and reschedule your clean to a later date. This is to avoid spreading any sickness to other people.

What hours do you work?Our office hours are 7:30 AM til 5:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.

Do you do dishes or empty the dishwasher?Generally we don't offer this as a service unless they are done in an office clean.

What happens if one of my regular cleans happens to be on a public holiday?In the event of a public holiday or special occassion, we may move you to the closest available day or skip a clean at your discretion.

If I refer a friend, do i get a referral commission or a discount?For every person you refer to us who becomes a recurring customer, you will receive 50% off your next clean.

How do I pay you?You can pay us on the day otherwise, we will send you an invoice via email that can be paid via bank transfer or credit card within 24 hours.
